We serve pre-seed founders, Series-B leadership teams, and independent engineers standing up model-backed products. We keep the roster small on purpose. Every client works with a named lead attorney, not a rotating pool of associates.
The firm is based in Arlington, Texas and works US-wide, with practical cross-border experience for EU, UK, and Canadian counterparties.
